Lots Of Time To Think...

I was reading my Bible the other night and came
across this. I don't especially know why, but it struck
something in me so I thought I'd share it with you.
So here ya go...
~Dueteronomy 4:32-39~
Search all of history, from the time God created people on the
earth until now. Then search from one end of the heavens to
the other. See if anything as great as this has ever happened
before. Has any nation ever heard the voice of God speaking
from fire - as you did - and survive?
Has any other god taken one nation for himself by rescuing it
from another by means of trials, miraculous signs, wonders, war,
awesome power, and terrifying acts? Yet that is what the Lord
your God did for you in Egypt, right before your very eyes.
He showed you these things so you would realize that the Lord is
God and that there is no other god. He let you hear his voice from
heaven so he could instruct you. He let you see his great fire here
on earth so he could speak to you from it. Because he loved your
ancestors, he chose to bless their escendants and personally
brought you out of Egypt with a great display of power. He drove
out nations far greater than you, so he could bring you in nad give
you thier land as a special posession, as it is today. So remember
this and keep it firmly in mind: The Lord is God both in heaven
and on earth, and there is no other god!

Easter afternoon, after church Grandpa, Uncle Joe and T,

Mourey & Marge, and Reid, and then later Drena, all came

over and had lunch with us! We had a great time!

Shall we dance? :)

A few weeks ago our friends the Lees decided to host a Barn Dance!

You will notice it wasn't in a barn but the style of dancing was mostly barn dancing! :)

The Lees had been looking for a good reason to have fun and dress up so why not have a dance??

What a happy dancer! ;)

Everyone was new to learning how to do this kind of dancing so we were all a little confused... But we had a great time! :)

Whether we were dancing or sitting and watching we all had a great time! :)

Hello

Well hey there all you blogfollowers!
Happy May! It's been quite a while I know...
Time flies by and blogging is one of those things
that never seems to get done. Around here at least.

This beautiful weather is so wonderful!
It makes it hard for those of us who have school to
do, but I'd much rather have a little harder of a time
concentrating on school than have it be cold!!!
And the sunshine makes everything seem so alive!

You can tell that spring has arrived because Taffie
has taken up her old habit of digging :/ She's got a nice
long trench already and there doesn't seem to be any end
in sight... It's cute though. She just digs to dig. If she was
intending to dig her way out of her fence she would have
escaped quite a while ago, but she hasn't. She doesn't want to
be inside during the day at all. At night she comes in caked in
dirt, eats her dinner and then settles into "her" chair. We don't
see much of her until the next morning...

Crystal takes her camera to work with her, so we really don't
have any pictures from any of the stuff we've been doing lately.
So sorry this is just a "word post".

The only pictures from stuff we've done lately is on a different
computer, but I'm working on transferring them so I can put
some up here.
