Super Bowl Sunday!

Well beings the TV signal in the Kalebaugh house is normally black and white and fuzzy the Deets family invited us to watch the Super Bowl with them. :D

We had tons of snacks! (Hoppy's favorite part!)

And watched the game...

And played the Wii...

And watched the game... (You get the idea!)

Some of the commercials during the half time were in 3D so the TV station sent out these great glasses!

Wrong way Beck! :)

Well I've heard of four eyes...

Great minds?

Even Hoppy joined! But his head was so small the glasses wouldn't stay on his head very well!

Towards the end of the game I'm sure you noticed that the game was rather close. Everyone in the room was rather excited!
(Hoppy could care less so long as there were snacks!)
Although disappointment filled the room as the Stealers won.
You see everyone was cheering for the Cardinals...Well everyone but Rach and Drena!

10 minutes til...

Ok it is ten minutes before two of there greatest people in the world have their birthday! I'm patiently watching the clock so that I can go and crash their slumber party that Rach is sleeping through....

Ok now Beeker is in my room waiting to go and wake Rach up... So I must hide this post until she is gone! ;)

Anyways HAPPY BIRTHDAY TWINS! I love you!

Friday Night Fun

For the next month or so our calender is booked with people coming over on Friday nights for fun pizza game nights! Here are pics from the first two!For the first night we had the Deets family over for Taco pizza. (Yeah, everyone thinks I am nuts for the above shot!)

Rachel didn't win this game. :( I did! :)
We also played some Apples to Apples.
I won that too! :)

And then some spontaneous charades! (I would have one that one too but you really can't win at charades! ;)

This was quite fun to watch everyone at times people got really confused and at other times people worked really hard on an acting idea just for people to guess it in a couple seconds.

The next week we had the Hemmers over!

We found out that yes we can fit 10 adult 'sized' people around the table! ;)

You probably think it looks like all we did was sit around the table that night to eat and play games...

Well we did!

But we had quite a few funny moments mixed in there too! Like one time we were talking about Mr. Hemmer and Jason being auditory learners. Well Dad messed it up and was trying to say they were autistic... Oops!

Later we were playing a game called loaded questions. One of the questions in there was: What was your worst vacation? My family had two obvious answers that sent us all into big fits of laughter!

After that we played Apples to Apples!

Yes that is a popular game at our house!

(Alas I didn't win. :( )Before they left the Twins had to show off a "science experiment"... Or at least that is what they called it! I think they just wanted an excuse to play with fire! ;)

So they lit nail polish remover on fire. Then they squirted hair spray over it.

Is that why the bottle says keep away from flames???

Sorry guys but this is what happens at our house late at night! :)

Last girls day....

Well, here our pictures of our last girls day.We went to Rip's (a fried chicken place) with Drena and Reid.

Doesn't the light look cool on their faces??? :P

We had a two hour wait so there was plenty of time to take pictures!

Actually the long wait is part of the attraction of the place. (Or so I hear!)

The chicken itself was wonderful! Terribly greasy... But that is what fried food is supposed to be like that right?

We, got home and waited up for Mom and Dad to arrive home...

So this is what we did to Beck's hair... :)
