Creation Museum

Thursday we went to the Creation Museum in Kentucky.
There were so many different displays, but there isn't enough space on a blog post to put all of them. But if you ever get the chance to go it is worth it!

You wouldn't want to meet us in a dark alley would you?
Big game hunter.
The missing link between Beck and Rach!

Dinosaur rides!
Outside of the Museum they had a bunch of flower gardens.

There were some waterfalls, water gardens, gazebos...
...and a bunch of flowers.
I had so much fun taking pictures...
... I could have spent hours taking pictures of just the flowers!
This little butterfly just stopped on this flower like it was waiting for me to take it's picture!
The petting zoo!
This donkey really wanted some attention!

This little goat or 'kid' was sooo cute. Mom couldn't resist petting it even though she just washed here hands. :)

For any of you wondering why Mom was in a wheel chair... She has a herniated disk in her back. And didn't want to put to much pressure on it.

But we were all having fun playing with the wheel chair at the Museum.
Dad found out how hard it was to push a wheelchair up an incline!
Buddy Davis was at the Museum when we were there.
We stopped at a rest area when we were on our way home.
Rachel wanted snacks!

We were almost home but we needed ice cream to keep us awake for the last part of the trip!
We finally made it home at 11:30! =)

For purple Mountains majesty...

Okay I know they weren't purple (they were more blueish).
We went to the Smoky Mountains on Wednesday.
We met some christian bikers at this spot and they asked Dad to take a picture for them. After Dad took their picture they offered to take one for us.

It has been so much fun to take pictures of different flowers on our vacation.

At this stop we saw those bikers again, and we asked if we could pose on their bikes. Don't we look cool!

The view was sooooo pretty!

Becky having fun with the video camera.

When I took this picture we were in a Tower. That Tower is supposed to be the tallest point in Tennessee!
When we got down from the tower there were some hiking trails. We didn't go on a hike but we did take some fun pictures!
These pictures are a little embarrassing!
Becky and I had on similar shirts, so we decided to have a blue shirt picture... or two... or three!
We got a little weird when we took these pictures!

More pretty stops on on our way down!

On our way down the mountain we stopped at this creek.
We had drove by it a couple times and I thought it would be really cool for pictures. (I'm sure you would have never guessed that!)
Dad had to try drinking some of the water.
We took so many pictures here it was hard to choose which ones to use!
Later we went on what the girls called a suicide march!
I had fun because I was missing the walks that I take at home, but the Twins thought that we were trying to kill them!
When we got to the end of our hike I thought that it was well worth the hike.
This picture was taken from behind the waterfall.
Dad's second shower of the day.

I took this panorama before we left the mountains. If you can make it bigger it looks really cool!

Leaving the Browns

Unfortunately we had to leave the Brown's house this morning. We really had a good time with them. :)

We had to take several trips to the car to get all of our stuff loaded up!

Mrs. Brown made us this beautiful stained glass picture!

We wrapped it in bubble wrap so that it wouldn't get scratched in the car.

And Mr.s Brown had to try it on!

Our last meal with them...

It seemed like that is what took up the majority of our time... Eating... and Talking... But it was really relaxing and a lot of fun!

Can you believe my family got a picture that we all look good in?

Saying good-bye.

Did I post a picture of their house yet?

We stopped at the Billy Graham training center this afternoon.
Dad got to stand behind a pulpit that Billy Graham took with him when he went to speak!
I got to play the piano in the Chapel. :) I miss my piano!
Here is the chapel. Isn't it cool!
There were a bunch of cool places to take pictures on the grounds.
Rachel told me I needed her sunglasses for this one.
I must have looked really funny taking this next picture... In order to get the Twins and the top of this high steeple I had to lay on the sidewalk. But it is now one of my favorites from yesterday!

After that we drove through the Smokey Mountains!
My camera batteries died, so we are going back tomorrow to take more pics. But here are a few that I got to take today.
Unfortunately my camera can't quite take in all the beauty that we saw. But it was so cool to take pictures of this!
Do we look like tourists or what!
Don't worry the van wasn't having trouble. Dad just didn't want to give it a chance to overheat . :)
